Episode 1 - EY Africa CEO Ajen Sita discusses the pursuit of long-term value
Ajen Sita is the chief executive officer of EY Africa, having started at the firm as a trainee accountant in 1993. In addition to his current role, Sita is also part of the EY EMEIA Board, Global Emerging Markets Committee, and Global Accounts Committee, and he also previously led EY Africa Assurance services.
In this Business Talk interview, Sita highlights the findings from a recent global CEO survey conducted by EY. He also shares his observations of the challenges that companies are currently facing and highlights the importance of defining the organisation’s purpose. Sita discusses how companies should be shifting their aim from short-term results to long-term value, and explains how this can be measured.
