Clémence McNulty is the collaborative leader of EY Africa Climate Change and Sustainability and is responsible for working with organisations to develop integrated corporate sustainability, climate change, and stakeholder strategies.McNulty began her career as a strategy consultant and previously coordinated Sustainability and Climate Change services in Africa for a dedicated sustainability consultancy.McNulty holds an MSc in Environmental Change Management from Oxford University and an Honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath.In this episode of EY Sustainability, Clémence McNulty breaks down the COP27 climate change conference.She discusses what stood out to her during the conference, such as the need to reform multi-lateral development banks and expand the focus on interlinked areas such as agriculture and the blue economy.
